New Product Alert — IDEC Heavy-duty Photoelectric Sensors Now Available

We are excited to announce the addition of the IDEC SA1U Heavy-duty Photoelectric Sensor to our already extensive line of sensor product options. 

When your customers have a need for a sensor with reliable long distance sensing, in harsh or unforgiving environments, the SA1U from IDEC is an excellent choice. The high-quality sensors offer through-beam, background suppression, diffuse and polarized retro reflective sensing methods to ensure a suitable choice is available for every application. With a maximum 50 metre sensing range, and the option to come as close as one metre, the sensors can be used in a variety of applications.

The photo eyes also offer Universal Voltage types of 24 to 240V AC and 12 to 240V DC, a feature not offered by other sensors at such a reasonable price point. Adjustable time delay settings of 0.1 to five seconds allows you to choose the setting best suited for your project.

Wiring is simple with the spring up screw terminal design too. The sensors can be used with almost any conductors and require no special cables. The sensors are ideal for use in wet environments, such as food processing or bottling factories, and are UL/c-UL listed, CE marked, and IP67 rated. Applications placed in direct sunlight are also no issue for the SA1U sensors.
